关于北京印刷学院第五届高校青年人才国际胜任力大赛的通知

各系，专业：

为落实国家人才战略部署，将四项全球倡议融入高校育人实践，充分发挥赛事示范引领作用，助力培养堪当民族复兴重任、具备全球胜任力与全球治理参与能力的青年人才，我校拟开展第五届高校青年人才国际胜任力大赛，现将大赛有关事项通知如下：

一、 大赛形式：

报名：QQ扫描以下二维码进入QQ群，同时扫描二维码填写报名信息

报名截止时间：2026年 6月 14日（星期 三）24点前

提案提交时间：2026年6月16日（星期五）24点前，将英文提案文稿和个人报名信息提交至邮箱：liujingwen_2024@qq.com（邮件主题：国际胜任力-姓名-学号；文件名：提案-姓名-学号）

线下比赛时间、地点：QQ群内另行通知

线下比赛，分为提案展示和评委提问两个环节。选手基于所提交的提案进行阐释，展示时间不低于3分钟；回答评委提问，问答时间为2-3分钟。

二、参赛对象：

在读本科生。大赛以个人形式报名。

要求：口语流利，发音标准，有较强的英语写作能力和团队合作能力 。

三、大赛主题：

围绕大赛主题“Leaving No-One Behind: Towards an Inclusive Future”，从所给分议题中选取一个，通过提案的形式，进行议题分析，提出具体问题，撰写可行的解决方案或行动计划。分议题如下：

1.Ensuring Decent Work in the AI-Transformed Era

2.Building Inclusive and Resilient Healthcare Systems

3.Empowering Equitable Education and Lifelong Learning

4.Safe guarding Cultural Diversity for Mutual Understanding

5.Enhancing Rural Revitalization for Shared Prosperity

四、提案创作基本要求：

a. 根据议题，结合学科视角，提出针对具体问题的可行的解决方案或行动计划；

b. 利用适当研究方法或利用相关的证据如数据、研究结果、逻辑推理等佐证观点；

c. 使用英语撰写提案，文本采用Word格式，字数800词左右（含参考文献）；

d. 按照大赛组委会提供的提案模版（见附件1）创作提案。

e. 所有参赛作品必须为原创作品，严格遵守学术诚信和 AI 使用伦理，一经认定构成学术不端行为，将取消参赛资格。

五、 评分原则：

评委从提案展示和问答环节两个模块进行打分，采用百分制。

六、奖项设置：

比赛设特等奖和一、二、三等奖若干，获奖选手将获得获奖证书和精美奖品。

本次大赛将选拔3名选手代表北京印刷学院参加第五届“外教社杯”北京高校青年人才国际胜任力大赛。其他未尽事宜，详询QQ群。

附件1：提案创作模板

The proposal is expected to include the following three main sections:

1. Introduction

•Provide relevant background information to contextualize the issue and clearly define the problem you intend to address.

•Briefly review key existing studies, policies, or practices in related fields, and identify a clear gap your proposal aims to fill.

•Specify the target group(s) you aim to support, and clearly state your research objectives in alignment with relevant Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

•Highlight the value and significance of your proposal and indicate its potential impacts.

2. Proposal

•Clarify your role and responsibilities in supporting the identified group(s), and identify key stakeholders involved in the initiative/action plan.

•State the research methods used to investigate the issue, and present feasible and specific measures to address the problem.

•Justify your plan with robust evidence (e.g., examples, testimonials, statistics, case studies) and use effective visual aids (e.g., tables or figures) when appropriate.

•Anticipate major obstacles (e.g., funding, coordination, promotion, implementation) and propose practical strategies to overcome them, while highlighting what makes your proposal innovative and distinct.

3. Conclusion

•Restate the key measures or action plan of your proposal.

•Identify the desired outcomes and expected benefits for the target group(s).

•Emphasize the significance, originality, and broader impact of the proposal, explaining how it advances inclusion in line with Leaving No-One Behind.
